I think Dave has as good a shot as Mekhi did, his FS skills are through the roof, and he is a perfect fit for the weight(79kg). His main competition will most likely be any of the old Soviet countries (Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Russia, etc..) This is only the 2nd year of the U23 Worlds, so it will be interesting to see what type of squads these other countries send. Dave is motivated to win, and with Mekhi setting the standard, he wants to match his teammate! Coach Molinaro will travel with him, while Robie, Myself, and Ty will take the team to Columbia, MO and Evanston, IL for matches with Mizzou & Northwestern.
